1.3 Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in INR.
• Applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.
• Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

1.4 Food Quality & Allergens

We maintain high standards of hygiene while preparing and packaging food. Customers are advised to review ingredients carefully and inform us of any food allergies before placing an order.

Delhi Cheese House shall not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances. Our liability is limited to the total value of the order placed.

2. Shipping / Delivery Policy

2.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver food only within the serviceable locations mentioned on our website.

2.2 Delivery Time

Average delivery time is 30–90 minutes, depending on order size and customer location. Delivery may be delayed due to traffic, weather, festivals, or other unavoidable circumstances.

2.3 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before order confirmation.

2.4 Proof of Delivery

Customers may be required to provide an OTP or signature at the time of delivery.

3.1 Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as all food items are freshly prepared immediately after order confirmation.

3.2 Cancellation by Restaurant

We may cancel an order due to:

• Item unavailability
• Restaurant closure
• Incorrect pricing
• Technical errors
• Unserviceable delivery location

3.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:

• Order canceled by the restaurant.
• Payment deducted but order not confirmed.
• Wrong item delivered.
• Food not delivered.

3.4 Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days and credited to the original payment method.
